Next posture Bhujangasana Cobra Pose. We start on the floor, hands underneath the shoulders, top of the fingertips to the top of the shoulders and the baby fingers touching side by side. Elbows close to the body like a grasshopper’s, squeezing the legs to get it nice and strong. You only have one leg, one cobra tap, chin forward, look up to the ceiling inhale breathing, peeling yourself off of the floor using 100% lower back strength, keep looking up, look up, chin up, chest up, go up and then slowly release.
Next posture is dhanurasana low pose, grab your feet from behind all five fingers together, thumb including the index, two wheels in one base, chin forward, look up to the ceiling, inhale breathing full lungs, kick up, kick both legs up as high as you can as hard as you can. Look up towards the ceiling, keep kicking continue to keep kicking, don’t stop kicking, look up, chin up, chest up, kick up and then slowly release.
Final breathing exercise—sitting on your knees, Japanese style like a samurai, hands on your knees, chest up, spine straight, eyes focus—exhale through the mouth only, exhale for one. Five, four, three, two, one and relax everybody on your mat—
