Joe here to show you how to get out of this steep bunker.
First of all, we are going to make sure the club face is absolutely perfect. We don't want a square club face in the bunker; we want a club face that's a little bit open. We're going to key on that when we get into the bunker.
Second thing we're going to do is make sure that the ball position is up forward.
Number three, is we're going to make sure that we are a little bit open to the target. After that, we get setup. We want to make sure we hit behind the ball, hit it fat, and from there we're going to follow through. Let's go do it.
Remember, we're going to have the club face to where it's a little bit open. When you setup, make sure the ball position is just slightly forward in your stance. Your body is going to be a little bit open to the target. Then you want to keep your weight on your front foot, then the rest of it it's easy. All you have to do is hit behind the ball, hit it fat and follow through. Watch this. That's what I am talking about.
