Male Speaker: Now this one we have done many times, so we are not going to do it; well, today, we might. But here is another one, remember I said there are many ways I can do this, I can circle this way, I can circle this way or I do a pry and they come flying into my pit (ph).
So what we are going to do is the combination, when they grab this way because I am going to pry or I am going to pry and then turn it over. So when I pry, it turns over. Okay, so I pry down, roll it, and then I can come right in. Then from here, I can't can come back and [Inaudible] or break the wrist or the shoulder, or whatever. So you can also just go -- because there are two ways, I use a -- shortcut it and I do a pry in to that which flows, bob up, or I do this in to this. So you have really a couple of options, with inputs from there. So you can come here and hit some of those chokes early and synch it up.

Male Speaker: Some back here and lock this down. I was saying, nice flitch, she is flexible, don't fight with this girl. She is using the head, [Inaudible] kick Martin Bajer in the head [Inaudible] got legs up there. Scary fighter, she used to fight guys all the time, you know [Inaudible].
So here, if grab the under-stuff, so your options really are this or a combination. So when I come here, I cut down, it releases it and then as I come here I roll it and this is a chop. So boom, come in, and press, and then from there you can -- you base off so you, kind of, get their head here and you just can just go. You come through, they fall through that, but here I release, so now from there I can roll; and now we are back to here again, here is that little block which I was doing early. So we can get it off the camera. So here, you just go (Inaudible), you can do better than that.
So if I am here you roll or do the complete movement and you come over and roll this way. Okay, and then for those who haven't done this set of lock series, this is -- it looks it is very -- it doesn't look like much, it's very painful.
Now, watch, I will show you a trick, bring the elbow to the belly and you get a lock more out of it because you base, Lock! And there goes the shoulder. So using that reverse reading (ph) again I want to get the one arm.
