How to Perform the Russian Dee in Ice Hockey

When a player has a bunch of moves, they can always fool a defender one-on-one. You may get your moves by watching an NHL game, by playing your PlayStation, or by playing with your big brother. But remember practice all your dekes, fakes and faints repeatedly so they're game ready. Players, try the Russian deke. This outside-in move tricks the defender into thinking you are going wide and as he commits to that direction, push the puck back across your body by turning your stick and pushing the puck across and out. Drive the opposite hip of the defender. This move requires skating speed and a quick change of direction. Practice the skating skills and this move for your next game.
