Kimberly: Welcome to the Pilates on fifth video Podcast, I am Kimberly.

Kimberly: Today’s exercise is tree-zer roll, now this is a variation of original Pilates exercise the tree-zer and it goes from supine to side to prone and back to supine, all over again. So to make this easy we are going to have a head towards the camera, a lot prettier other than the other option, and shall we’ll be curled up so you can see, so you start off in a low sort of a double leg stretch position, so the arms are extended over head legs are extended and you’re spine is supported.
So inhale here on the exhale roll to your right side and find your bone squeezing your thighs inhale roll to your stomach sliding extension, now exhale role to the left side you can see were in that we’ve got the silence and exhale role to the back again in really get that nice in front nice supported pelvis. And back the other way.
Exhale to go left good, inhale to the stomach is good, smile exhale roll back to the right side, notice she is not using any hands, and then exhale, and hug your knees in to your chest. I say I should get the clap for that. so that is the tree-zer roll , now need this to say the first time you do this we don’t recommend putting yourself up in the air we don’t have the choice of using your hands, if we knee arises but it definitely something that you can get lot of course strength to it so that is the tree-zer roll.
