For New Year's this year, I'm letting all of my guests create their own wine charms, with pens that write on glass and we'll have a party favor to take away and I've established a new tradition.

Nothing creates a party atmosphere like a fondue set. The recipes can go from the classic to the contemporary. There's always a community event that you can be a part of. It's a great way to spend the holiday. Some people really prefer that. They don't feel it's New Year's Eve, if they are not shoulder-to-shoulder with their community.
