Are you ready for the no excuses method of gardening? Well, I found this new product that will give you a garden in less than 30 minutes. These garden sacks are great. They come in two foot lengths and inside there is one cubic foot of compose. These two foot lengths are also really easy to carry so you’re not going to be breaking your back shoveling tons and tons of soil into your raise beds. What the best thing about this garden is that it’s going to be a weed free garden. Garden sacks are great because they fit anywhere and they’re going to maximize the space you do have.
I didn’t have to even get a shovel or mix any soil. I just stuff this in. The first thing I’m going to do that I do in any raise bed that I’m planting is place my plants. I have a variety of vegetables and I’ve got some squash here, top that one right here in the middle. I have some beans, got some bush beans here. I’m going to space those out right there. Now, I also have lettuce and do you know that summer time is a really hard time to grow lettuce but because we’ve got the squash and the cucumbers we can plant the lettuce in between them and the squash is going to shade the lettuce and it’s going to allow the lettuce to grow.
Now that I have all of my vegetables in place I’m going to start planting. All I need are a pair of scissors. So we don’t need a shovel. We don’t need rakes. We don’t need space. We don’t need holes. We don’t need anything but a pair of scissors.
Hi sweetie, do you like this garden sack? It looks like Cat likes garden sacks. The next thing I’m going to do is I’m going to water and mulch this garden. Now, you don’t have to mulch. I think it’s going to look beautiful and it’s also going to help keep that moisture in.
Alright, my 30 minute garden is complete. I’m just going to finish soaking it because when you plant a garden you want to make sure that the plants got a good start and that they’re thoroughly watered.
