This is not the old standard—this is full range of motion-body-control-kareoka. Go slow as you begin, take the behind step, lift and rotate. Control your feet by rotating the hip and the knee across the body.

This will give great body control, balance, and agility. Stay on the front of part of the foot bounce as you go. Do not bend over at the waist, stabilized that core, keep the head up. Work for ten yards, down in back is one repetition. Do three sets of three to five repetitions.
