an ok example of power clean. He isn't near explosive enough. That's the whole point of the exercise.

[Music playing] Power cleans; here is another one of our multi-joint exercises from maximum muscle recruitment. We want to use good technique, keeping the hips down, pulling from the ground straight up. We are going to contrast this with a medicine ball, chest pass, so we get total body recruitment from the power clean followed by total body recruitment in explosiveness with the medicine ball. [Music playing] Get the hands up and pop the ball back and forth. Again, this is equal number of repetitions from the power clean to plow metric and explosive medicine ball throw. [Music playing]
