How to Play Baseball: Tee Introduction

The “T” here is the most important tool you will ever use in hitting. Kids as early as three years old through major leaguers all use the “T” to perfect their swing. The reason we use this is it simulates a stationary ball. Anytime we start dealing with moving objects, it makes hitting a little bit difficult. So with the “T”, we can set it up for a curve ball changeup, inside, outside, hit every point of the zone. Major leaguers everyday, when we work out, this is the only thing we do before batting practice, okay? So you are never too young or too old to use the “T”.
