We are going to extend this out to three-point range, same pivots that you are using that we have showed you in the low post.
You can use out on the elbows as we just showed you. We are going to extend that out to three-point range and see what you can do from 20 feet.
Again, it is not just gods, it is not just a centers, it gods, forwards and centers that we are looking and be able to do all these moves.
You do this on your own, you do not need as partner, you can throw the ball up, throw it out 20 feet through up and get it.
