DIDNT REALY LEARN ANYTHING FROM THIS VIDEO SO NOW I GO TO A BASKETBALL CAMP AND IAM IMPROVING SO MUCH MORE WITHOUT THAT STUPID VIDEO!!!! -LOL-

How to Play Basketball: Ball Handling Drills

[Music Playing] From a ball handling drills again, this is not just supposed to be for a big men or low post people. This is supposed to be God forward to send us or anybody wants to get better. Eventually we going to get the ball in the paint the low post or on the wing and all these move can be use. Something that is an added bunos I think to make you a better player is a ball handling drills to improve your confidence and build quickness. Gregory, would you come out here? Let us just do the slapping of the ball. [Ball Dribbling] Okay, hold it, Shawn would you just hold on to that let us do figure it without dribbling get everything and I am sure you have seen many of this but I think again god forward or sent this or trying to able to do this rock do suspend the ball in here. Let it go, okay and stop. Any of this can be done again this 15 to 20 different drills that you can work out.
