How to Play Basketball: Inside Pivot Moves

(Music Playing) Now, I would want you to come over to this side. Let us go from the left side of the floor. Michael, guide me please. Again, most of us use the outside pivot that we talk about earlier. If you are a right handed, usually you pivot on your left foot and you pivot into the person into the defender. If you are going to catch the ball down the paint and if I am going to turn into him, he is going to block my shot. If I can use an inside pivot and create space. I am going to inside pivot on my left foot, square the basket, that gives me about a three-foot gap. And if I stay down low, I might be able to pull my shot. I catch it here. I am down. I pivot here. I go in to my shot.
