The couple of the things we do obviously everybody ask, what you can do to jump higher. One of the things allot of people do is jump rope regularly. Many different ways that you can jump, you can jump “times” your try how to get many times you can get in thirty seconds.
You can get the double jumps in there and things like that. But any of these things are going to be helpful.

With this heavy ball, Michael I will you not grab the heavy ball for a second. For the some of the other things that we have unable to use, this ball it does not bounce all that well, weights about nine or ten pounds. I want rock it, I want to throw off the glass, power it, go up lay it in take it to the other side. Again just to work on your jumping getting stronger. Here is what we try to do. It is drill that we have done before, we try to bang a little, make a little contact, get them used to getting fouled.
Okay, hold little right up there, Shawn let us have you, once you throw off the glass go up and get it, I want you smack it and go back in put that it in.

This is like a medicine ball, same size as the basketball but it is heavy, a little awkward, great for work on your little strength with your opposite hand.
