We have some other quickness drills what we are going to try to give you, that we try to do every day before practice and a cross training this six. Eight, ten as many different things you can make up or imagine but this happens to be mountain climbing we do it for 30 seconds he is going to do about 10 second. Go ahead Greg. We try at the whole team is usually doing something at one time but you can do this all on your own as faster as you can. Michael pop in some defense slides in the paint, go and again all of this is time you can do everything in 30 seconds. 30 seconds hit the veils. Okay, hold it there. What we try to do is have everybody doing this with whole team up doing something maybe two guys are at the station but this is called pros training but anything that you can think up on your own will be beneficial.

Okay, this would be the one we look like that we had obviously three people four, five or six people out here to the station. But we have this three people doing the stations let us see 15 seconds. We gave you a quick idea what would it look like, are you ready let us go.
