This is a straight line, every time I get into a triple threat, boom! Toe, knee, elbow, ball I am on a straight line. There is no error in missing a shot, there is no mistake. If you miss a shot it does not matter. I know you do not believe that, but you look at the box scores and most people hit about 50% from the floor, is that true?
That means you are going to miss half and you are going to make half. What we want to be sure of and a triple threat position helps you to do this. Is that if you miss, you always miss, short or long.

To be a good shooter, you have to be a high volume shooter. You have to do a lot of repetition. If you can get into a habit of missing short or long, if you get the habit of missing straight, now it is just a matter of repetition. It is just a matter of repetition. I am going to put her back here for one second. She go back to triple threat. Go ahead when you are ready coach.
Put her back in triple threat position, elbow. Go ahead when you are ready. Go again and she has no any chance to warm up too much so we are going to let her take a few of these. Good, back into the rhythm, she goes triple threat; we are lining up the straight line. Go ahead. Good. Goes back into triple threat, she got a straight line, go ahead.
So again, just by seeing that you can tell that shooting is a matter of repetition.
