[Music playing] Skip and crossover, use the knee and the hip to the cross over move not the feet. Your feet always follow your hips start with good posture. Second a belly button and tuck in the back for good body control. Drive the knee across the body by turning the hip; try to lift the knee as high as your hip we want a full range emotion to teach all that whole muscle group. What we wanna to do and how we wanna to react. [Music Playing] Down and back is one repetition so we have balance with each leg. Do 5 repetitions 3 sets. [Music Playing]
