We call this the triple threat position because for one position you can pass the ball, she can shoot the ball or drive to the basket on the defender. The reason we call it the foul shooting position as well is because every time now that you are on the gym by yourself or on a team setting and you go to practice a foul shot, what other types of shot are you also practicing.
