Okay continuing on, we have taken care of the half-step. Now, we are going to the full step. So remember, a full-step band covers the pitch from A to a point here to a full-step which is in our instrument is two frets (guitar playing) you here that or so we are going bending the string to this pitch (guitar playing), you here it. So, if you are to bend it flat instead of this (guitar playing) you here that, that is going no where; so that it is good way to check your bends like I said before. Figure what point A is, point B is the place that the pitch that you are bending the string to (guitar playing) and listen to that, get that note fixed in your ear and bend (guitar playing) here that, perfect, okay.
Finally the step in the half-bend, we are going to take this which is our starting point, point A and we are going to bend it 1-1/2 steps or three frets on our guitar, we are going to start here 1, 2, 3 (guitar playing) here that, that is way up there. You know another guy who was really great at that was David Gilmore at point he did this (guitar playing). He will do those bends half-step, whole-step, and a step and a half all in one shot (guitar playing), okay. And, you can use that for a lot of great stuff.
