I am going to show the difference between legato note and staccato notes. Just like in the rhythm section when we talk about legato and staccato strumming. We are going to do the same thing with the note. Legato note, meaning long (guitar demo) you hear the note ringing all the way out until I play the next note, it is legato (guitar playing). And the technique is exactly the same (guitar demo). You are just releasing the pressure, it is just enough. I mean do not take your finger off the string in all that except for notes. Just release the pressure so it stops the note for ringing, (guitar playing).
So, let me give you a little example as appose to this, (guitar playing). I see went I enter that third string, seven fret I used a staccato notes. So, once again as suppose to (guitar playing) and you can actually sound it loud like I did or not, (guitar playing). You make it really slowly but it is there.
Just one of those things that, if it is there it sounds good, if it is not it is missing. So it is something that you want to be aware off, (guitar playing). So see the staccato notes, otherwise it will sound (guitar playing).
