Start at a good athletic position, do an explosive cross over with the knee and hip. Your feet will automatically follow. This is an explosive jump. Balance yourself up, stick and hold that landing, stay in a good athletic position, stay on the front part of the foot, suck in that belly button and tuck in the back to keep the core stable.

Now, let us get multiple skills. Cross over to run. Explode at the knee and hip and go right into a sprint. Balance up and use both legs equally. We want to go equally both directions. What we do right, we got to do left.

Cross over to lateral slide. Let us get that big cross over and then recover by doing a slide. This is just simple for five yards. It is just a few steps but use good technique. Knee and hip, feet will follow. Stick and hold that landing, be a good athlete, reinforce athletic posture at all times.

Over and back is one. Do three sets of three to five repetitions.
