Skip and cross over, simply start miss standing position. You are going to skip, crossing over using the knee and the hip. We want to get good rotation at the hips. This is full range of motion. The knee has to come as high as the hip. Use the arms for balance. Pull the toes up so you will bounce off the ground. We want to keep that ankle cocked and loaded at all times. Rotate the hips. Rotate the hips. Loosen them up for greater speed and agility

Down and back is one repetition, you work down with one leg and back with the other. Do three to five repetitions per set. Three sets everytime you train.
