Here, I am playing E9. The finger again is like this on the 7th fret using the ring finger to bar the bottom of three strings and then, I am using my index finger to fret down on the 6th fret on the D string.
So, we have four strings and now the trick to part here is to kind to count to do a little muting and that is down with left hand.

So that, the right hand is going like this all the time. I am trying to hit the bottom four strings but I am also using my middle finger to mute the E string.

As well as the A string because those two top strings A and E string I do not like those ring when I am playing this. So that is the basic first part of it.

When I do not want the chord to actually sound I just simply lift the fingers off the fret for a little bit but this still touching the strings so you here by and mute the strings.

Like that and if I push down lift up I mute it.

And then it just a matter of putting the accents where you want in the bit. I am starting in this groove by playing half step below and slide up.

So, the first part is some basically there is two notes there or two chords. I should say but I strum it down with my right hand on once.

And at that point I start doing,

So, the first part is.

That is the two parts, the second part had a, I do not care which is really an F9, back in 9.
