How to Play Guitar: Methods of Strumming

I am going to show you another strumming pattern and this one is the continuous movement thing. We are going to play (Guitar demonstration) and the up strum on the four there is going to be a ghost strums. So we are going to say (Guitar demonstration).

The number four strum will be a ghost strum. So, we are going to play like this (Guitar playing) (Guitar demonstration). Now, when you get that go in a little bit, it should sound like this (Guitar playing) and just loop that over and over again as you cycle to the chords. The chords that we are going to be using on this one are going to be A minor (Guitar playing), D minor (Guitar playing) E (Guitar playing) and finally back to A minor (Guitar playing).

So, slowly, it should look like this (Guitar playing) and when we get that going in a little bit, it will sound like this (Guitar playing) and always, like I said, end with one down strum (Guitar playing) to give that a little bit of resolve and get yourself going there.
