Okay, here is a special request I am doing for my good friend Alexis who lives in Southern Ontario and she wanted to learn how to play Jingle Bells in time for Christmas. So here is how it goes and anybody else who wants to learn too by all means, you got lots of time to learn it and you can play it for Christmas.
We are going to start off with the right hand and we are just going to do the chorus part since that is the easiest part to do. We are going to start off with our E note, this is the part that goes, that part okay. So we start off here, I just used one finger, so you can see it okay. I will do that again, with our left hand, we are going to use a C chord, just keep it on the C for that whole part. Remember our C chord here it is the C note and every second note from there. We will do it again nice and slow.
The next part is. Do it again. With our left hand we are going to use an F chord, start off your F note and every second note from that will form an F chord for you, so it is. Put down to a C, now this is a tricky one you will use a black note here, it is a D chord so you are going to take your D note, you are going to go up to this black one here and then onto your A note, those three.
I will start that part over so I can remember where I was, so F, C, to a D and then up to a G. I will do that nice and slow one more time here, to a D and a G then it repeats again. So you are back to your C back to an F, back to a C, then go up to the G this time.
Let us review that whole section again, the chorus and it starts off with your C chord and you are up here on your E note. Do a D, up to a G, to an F, back to a C, up to a G. That will give you the chords for the song so practice that and I will post another video showing you the main verse in the song. Good luck with that let me know how you make out.
