This next exercise combines the strength training and torso rotation benefits of medicine ball used with the fun of tennis.

First we see our players catching and throwing one ball with two hands. Note how they are really rotating their bodies as they throw the six-pound ball over the net. This simulates the correct bio-mechanical rotation needed for ground strokes.

A powerful variation is for our players to try the same exercise, but now with two balls at the same time.
