Tee ball Equipment:

The Tee ball bat is a smooth, rounded wooded bat or a hollow metal aluminum bat such as the one shown here.
The handle is may have rubber grips or be tape.
The length should be 25 to 26 inches and the bat should weight between 17 to 20 ounces.
Batters must wear a plastic safety helmet that fully protects the head the temples and the ears.
Helmets must not come off during either hitting or base running.
The ball itself should measure approximately 9 inches around and weight between 4 and 5 ounces.
Tee balls are softer than normal baseballs for added safety and usually have a vinyl or sponge rubber core.
A fielder’s glove should be no more than 12 inches long. It should be a mitt with no fingers of course except for the thumb.
Find a glove that fits comfortably on the players hand and keep in mind that the glove will be a bits stiff until broken in to continued play and practice.
The batting Tee itself is a movable plat form set on home play with an adjustable flexible tube to support the ball.
The height of the Tee can be adjusted for players of different ages and different sizes.
