This moron is WRONG! He is teaching baseball and doesn't know crap! Right off the bat you are wrong about the grip of the ball. This is the trouble with people teaching kids how to play baseball. They know nothing, and can offer the youth NOTHING in return. Get this idiot off of here!!!!

haha your teaching them to throw the baseball across two seams instead of the proper four seam grip. get a clue

These are decent drills BUT unfortunatly not realistic for T-ball. Most kids are playing t-ball at 3,4 and 5. Four year olds can not catch a ball like this. This kid who is in this vid is at least 6 years old and maybe older. Which means he would be playing managers pitch.

Proper technique for throwing the ball is trying to get two fingers across the seams and your thumb underneath the ball. Catch, grip, good throwing position, throw. Good drill, you get them in the habit of gripping across the seams so they have more accuracy in throwing. Catch, grip, and throw. Catch, good grip and throw. Catch, good grip, cross seams, good throw right there. Catch, good throwing position, make sure to over hand over the top. Catch, good grip, throw over hand over the top, there you go. Catch, good grip, over the top, good throw. Throw it Michael. Catch, good stance, take a good L, over the top and at least right by your ear, there you go, good throw.
