SPEED DRILL 2

FALLING RUNS

Falling Runs. Stand with good posture. Suck in your belly button, tuck in your lower back, stabilize at core. Now, fall forward and explode into a sprint. Step down to the ground; that’s the key to acceleration. Put force into the ground to drive your body forward, don’t reach forward with those big steps; we want to step down quick. Pull the toes up, put force down to the ground.

Down and back is 1 repetition, do 3 repetitions per set, 3 sets each time you train.
