SPEED DRILL 7: HARNESS RUNS
Harness runs. We need a basic harness and a partner. We want that forward lane but we want a stable core at the same time. There are going to do a great resist it run with good technique, lifting the knee up, heel up, toe up, drive the elbows back, keep that head up, and lock in a core for stability. Put force down to the ground.
They go resist it down for have the core, resist it back. Now, under the harness take it off, turn the muscles loose go free. We have got more muscle recruitment that explodes into a great acceleration and first step speed.
Resist it down, resist it back, run free, that's one set; do five sets.
