Hi! I’m Nate Bosch and today I want to teach you how to play the Bfm melodic scale. Now starting on the route, we’ll name the notes, the B flat, C, E flat, E flat, F, G, A, B flat. On the way back down we have A flat, G flat, F, E flat, D flat, C, and B flat.
Now the fingering is like this. We start with our second finger on the route, thumb goes under, thumbs come under to the F, so work our way up all the way back down. Third finger comes over to the E flat and then we end on B flat.
Now on the left hand, we start with our second finger on the B flat, crossover with the fourth finger to the D flat. Third finger, now on the way back down. Thumb comes under to the F, thumb under to the C, and now the B flat.
So now let’s play both hands together.

And now, let’s play that one more time and a little bit faster.
