Now, let us talk about some writings in patterns. We will do some very simple rhythm patterns. The basic blue grass rhythm is boom check, boom check boom check boom (music is playing).
So, that is the first thing we learn notice I play the single note and then a pinch. A pinch is the 5th string and the 1st string can be different strings but usually it is the 5th and the 1st string together (music is playing); we have the simple rhythm pattern, base note and a pinch. We can use different base notes if we want we could use the 3rd string and the 2nd string (music is playing).
So, that is our basic rhythm pattern. Let us learn another rhythm pattern it is a little bit more complicated but not to bad. That was a boom check boom we can learn check a boom, boom check a boom check a boom playing (music playing). That is a real important aspect about this.
You want to make sure, that it really has the sound of check a boom (music playing). The way notes connect up is really important to have the banjo sounds it is true with all kind of music but it is really important with the banjo. If your notes do not connect up right the rhythm would not sound right and not on your pause on quite right.
If you have been playing for while and you have been have a hard time getting your songs to sound like there in time this very well may be the problem. You need a (music is playing) connected sound like that if you separate out (music is playing) and if does not go, but you will notice when you look at the music rhythm that’s how to spaced music in one bar line (music is playing) will look like that. That is one of the problems the way it is written it is just how music is written and all it has been just to make it end up so you can understand it, ends up in separated out by its bar lines.
So you have to keep that in mind as your learning tunes especially when you learn teams by tab. Again, this is true despite every instrument. If you use the bar lines as your separating points or placed just to separate the things you are learning they will never come together (music is playing).
So, those connections are really important and making sure your hand is ready to hit the next string. So that is some basic rhythm.
