Today, we are going to be using auto saw on a stainless steel roller that was from our shop but this also very good for the plastic industries as it was specially formulated for used steel and it has very for taking build up which is commonly called played our rollers. This increases your machine’s run time and has very economical and easy to use. Auto saw is very easy to apply.
I am just going to put some on the back of my finger by nitro glove and just work it in and it is easier to do with this way because of the roundness of this roller which is certainly could use an old T-shirt or micro fiber clothe which we are using in the shop which we have good result for. Now, this roller ever use you saw had a little bit of rust on it and it actually petty nose. It is not going to take out pitting, but it is going to take the rust off and not only that it is going to shine this roller and leave a little bit of a firm lines, so it stops corrosion in the future, which we are going to let the product sit there for a minute and just work.
And now, we have got a micro fiber clothe and we are just going to polish it right off. And as you can see it is taken the rust right off with that pitting. I can now polish this roller really up very nicely. It is left a little bit a firm on it which will be nice because it will protected in the future and you can see just by spinning it where we been working on this.
