Let's talk about the glove hand. The glove hand is an imposing force to the pitching arm and it's in the same plane as the pitching arm. Common mistake you are going to see is swimming. Watch, nine out of ten people swim, they allow the glove arm to come off that power line. Changing body angles, losing energy, hurting our accuracy.
From the mound we have to get our glove hand up, we got to get involved, if the glove hand doesn't get up, we can't use it at all. So Kacy has hidden the ball very nicely with her glove, she has hidden it all the way down. Now watch her glove, glove gets up ahead of the pitching arm, ahead of the pitching arm, it's above her head.
Like a nice, high glove to make you ribs tall, your nose tall, and to help pull you off that mound and now she pulls the glove down with the pitching arm. Glove comes down when the pitching arm comes down. They hit at the end, it's totally optional some people like it, others don't, it's up to you. It does tie the pitching very nicely. Release when I hit, okay, so watch Kacy's glove hand done correctly, up, pull straight down.
