Continuing with mechanics, so we're going to talk about the head and the upper body, which actually stays very quite in our pitch. The head is your control tower, we need it to stay centered above your body, centered above your hips, and centered down that power line which don't want to see a tilt, extreme tilt to the right or to the left. They tend to tilt a lot towards their pitching arm side. There is a very slight tilt in a pitch, it is called Spacing.
When we come out, whatever so slightly, lean into our pitching side, but we don't want extreme tilts and a lot of beginners will do that.
Okay, arms straight down, she is going to do just her leg work. Watch Kacie jump out and watch her head and upper body stay very quite, go.
Very nice, okay. You have a kid that's tilting, you want to plant the idea that their head stays down the power line. We take two poles and make them jump between the poles, go, now you go, and one more time. Get a lot of funny looks on this one.
Alright great!
