Host: When would you suggest a good age to start tutoring a child because that can mean a lot of problems because there is going to be some resistancy and sometimes they get a functional constipate -- what would be the ideal time to say a normal child, no eating difficulty would you suggest, it would be the time to kind of switch him to a different diapers--
Guest: Well I think, the recommended prerequisites are that this child actually can tow in there when they are dirty or not? Two that they can walk adequately to get to the toilet and three there is even some recommendation that they can actually--
Host: So what age would you say that would be generally speaking?
Guest: Well, traditionally the age has been 18 months, which is the earliest but from environmental perspective I think it really depends on the child. Some children aren't at all ready at 18 months.
Host: Some are more advanced it can be sooner but you have to familiar your kid well, because the kid is starting to build a -- is not unreasonable, but sometimes people little bit later see that.
Guest:Totally, if you have pushed the child before they have indications -- it's all a clock training.
Host: You should never be angry at a kid because they don't consume it positive reinforcement and anything in paediatrics is the correct way. You are likely to be told you will look pretty not ugly and that works a look better than yelling and screaming, is that true?
Guest:Yeah, usually that's the case, actually being good.
Host: And that's right complements work better, is that correct?
Guest: Yeah.
Host:And that calls for toilet training and -- if the child does something, an eating thing that you think will support and make a big deal out of it and it comes in the next time is that true? So it's not a subject for counseling, they gave all the secrets away to you.
