It’s a tournament for 18 under teams and they’re using a pitching machine to pitch the balls I guess basically it’s a step after coach pitch but it is not quiet it to allow a player pitch. But since a little kids are aged may all time pitching every time they get a ball to hit, now watching the team is play as one team it grows that are very impressed with they could hit the ball, they could run, they could bought, they could place some softballs these young ladies could.
Now I have to talking with the coach after the game I decided the film their pre-game warmups now in a lot of teams out there watch a show all stet with their warm ups but I also know lot of many a lot of young teams have young coaches and those young coaches are watching this show, and I get emails from these coaches all the time. They tell me that they’re so need to softball they’re trying to absorb all the information they gather by books, by videos so for you new guys this show is for you. In this kind of information hope your are being looking at, now in this episode the coach of the Texas’s league was Hubbard is going to explain how the Texas League warms up before a game, well thanks for joining us I appreciate it for well stand you’re going to show us how you warm up right.
Marcus Hubbard: First thanks and here is morning and girls going to be practicing in the morning to the left hand side, and thus we’re here for the practice in the morning. From here takes at one that we’ll be going on to station 2 which is the basket ball drill that we will working on it form trying to get the little more back speed and also works on finishing the swing now as they go improved. So, watch a lot of different thing in the basket ball drill.
Go on from there go get it start off start the station 3 and the drill they work on the side ways team drill and what they do over there at one side was they works on bring gets through and really develop the swing as well. Like it said, I said that like in which will go in, I set you are free set and go ahead. After they get gone in station 3 they go to station 4 and that that there is also team drill but it’s a regular swing works on mechanics again works on proper hip rotation as well as bring finishing the swing as well, good, very good.
Give them a -- from there as we go the ball hitting the groups come down here that will get a group 20 , 25 balls are swings in and really they grows well after the cadre we work on the catching at the end and what we do is we use the judge pitching machine it’s a 35 pound and 35 feet and drill get off the machine you will follow for technique with the gloves up in the hands are here and will keep going on to a lot of drill so as we do that go through the round 2 or 3 times. That’s pretty much all yours give one our pre games warm up in before tournament and we will right now it seem to work the grow in the 3 old diagonal score 53 runs.
