Greg Dumorne: How you are doing? My name is Greg.
Les Sauray: And I am Les.
Greg Dumorne: And we are from Real Deal Catering. And today we are going to be making Mexican food and the first thing you would need for almost all Mexican food is salsa so we’re going to make some salsa first.
Les Sauray: And to make salsa first of all you need diced tomatoes so we kind of dice them but --
Greg Dumorne: How much diced tomatoes do you actually need?
Les Sauray: With this right here is about seven tomatoes, you want to keep some of the juice and of course you can make your own variation and the sauces and you want to make it today it s actually to be the basis for all the Mexican food we’re going to make, so I’m going to use some onions, a little bit of cilantro, you cannot make Mexican Food without cilantro and everything I make may have to a little bite to it so we going to put a little jalapeno in there You know when I say little.
Greg Dumorne: And you mean a lot.
Les Sauray: That’s a little got to make sure you keep the seeds, seeds what gives you that – you take the seeds out and they will still make it rule that is spicy but of course we need spicy because that’s what I do. I’m going to add little bit of mustard.
Greg Dumorne: Now, where is the mustard?
Les Sauray: The mustard also gives a little kick, you could use lemon juice, lime juice and I actually the lemon and black pepper and salt, and just mix it up. Okay and after you mix it up pretty good—
Greg Dumorne: And it smells good too.
Les Sauray: I hope so. Falls it in minutes, next we going to make Guacamole.
Greg Dumorne: Guacamole
Les Sauray: Guacamole.
