Olivier: Hello, nice to see you again.
Mindy: Great! For us, a superb time for soups and hot appetizers and I know you have spent a lot of time in the green market yesterday picking out some great produce. What else do you have in presenting soup in a very chandy and chic fun way?
Olivier: We actually display the soup spinach pseudo glass, and then we are going to use squash to display in the morning and with a couple of ingredients we are going to the soup.
Mindy: Oh, that looks great. See, you have actually used the pieces of squash as coasters to put the shooters on.
Olivier: Exactly.
Mindy: That looks great. I know that we have some turnips and cinnamon and toasted pumpkin seed.
Female: Any hot or cold pureed soup could be presented this way and look party worthy. Next, Chef showed us how to present delicious cheese crisp with root vegetable for proshudo and filado at the top of the wheel on Parmesan.
Ask your local tea shop to set aside the cheese wheel with its signature ride. Then add some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the wheel and placed your cheese crisp. This chic presentation will transform any cheese order into a gourmet winner.
