Dan: I'm Dane 24 years old from Houston, Texas and my question is as a young adult what activities can I engage and that would stimulate my memory skills and help guard against progressive memory loss and memory specific brain diseases later on in life? James Galvin: Dan, there are several things that you can do. There is evidences suggest that people who stay mentally engaged playing games, cards, checkers, backgammon may be things like sudoku or some of those mind games that we see on nintendo systems might help delay the onset of a disease like alzheimer's disease.
