Printing Photos Wirelessly with your iPhone
Male Speaker: Hello, hey if you have an iPhone, you probably taken tons of photos with the built-in camera. Now sharing photos online is great, but you can do so much more. ePrint is an App that lets you print photos directly from you iPhone or iTouch using a Wi-Fi-Enabled printer and no computer at all. You only need to buy and install the ePrint App on your iPhone. Use Wi-Fi-Enabled printer like this EPSON model and know your printers IP address. Let me show you how to find your printer IP address.
On EPSON printers like this you'll have a series of buttons to push that are labeled setup, network settings and confirm network settings. On this model the IP address is listed here in the middle and you may want to print that out for future reference or jot down this number. When you launch ePrint, the main screen appears with all these options to choose from. Tap on added printer. Enter your printer IP address and tap on check. ePrint will find your printer and display your printers name in the model field. Leave the remaining options on their default settings. Return to the previous screen by tapping here.
So now we see the printer IP address and model name listed. We are cool that's correct and we can return to the main screen by tapping main. So now it knows where to send the print. Now let select which photos to print. Tap on albums. I'll choose which photos to print by tapping on each photo. They are then added to the lower part of the screen, tap on next. The thumbnail screen shows yellow check marks on my selected photos. To make any photos simply tap on the photo again to remove the check mark. Only photos with the check marks get printed.
Now, to print these photos. Tap on print settings, tap on the paper type setting to open the select media screen. Select the paper type you'll be using. Scroll down the list if necessary. Tap on done, tap on normal for your print quality setting. Scroll the left wheel to select the paper size in this case I would like 4/6. Scroll the middle wheel again to choose a layout option, I like borderless. The upper right corner of the screen lets you preview your print. I'm happy with these selections.
So, I will tap print. The message appears telling me to make sure I've selected the correct paper size and paper type or photos may not print correctly. I'll tap okay and the printer will now start printing my photos. I could even add text to that photo. So here is the first print. How easy was that, of course it's gorgeous, it's my photo. I just printed it on EPSON printer from here to here. Excuse me now I have lots more to print.
