There are several different ways that you can actually print a webpage from internet explorer. Now, the way that you can quick print is to simply click on this printer icon and if you have this displayed and it was simply printed as is as you won’t get any opportunity to change any options. You will also can use the print dialogue box or print preview. So to get to the print dialogue box you can either click on this for print or then you can get to print preview this way you can also go to your file menu and you can go to print. You also can use the keyboard shortcut as Control plus P. so there is a lot of different ways to print your document.
I’m going to go to file print and here I get my printer dialogue box. Now, on your general tab you can choose what printer you want to print the document on, you can also add the printer here if you have a new printer. You can set any sort of preferences you have and this includes your paper quality, your printer quality, the quality of your draft, the size where you want the piece of paper to be taken from in your printer. You have finishing options such as if you want to printed on both sides, if you want to do poster printing, how many pages per sheet, you have fix such as if you want to add a water mark. The basic such as portrait landscape, you can do it front to back, back to front the page order. The number of copies that you want to print, for color you can choose to print in color or printed in gray scale and then you can change the quality and then any services you have to the device. So after you’re finish changing your printing preferences click okay.
You can also click to find the printer and this is if you have enough set up your printer yet or your printing network and then you can go and use that. For page range you can put all of them, you can click on pages and then the side that you want to— only want to print page two from the document. You can change the number of copies here as well, for options you can print all of the links documents, you can print a table of links and this is when you have a frame to webpage that you’re printing. So, when you’re ready to print go ahead and click on print in your printer dialogue box will disappear and your document will print from your printer.
