Male: What we’re going to do is have a couple of guys in each side and he’s
going to go through using those pressure points. Those guys are going to
grab out the ball and try to get it out as he goes to base like that.
Rudi: (RB, Detroit Lions) So your goal is don’t get the ball knocked up because
there ain’t anybody— you can’t protect the football. You are not going to
be able to go out of field. So basically I’m just try to rip it out. If you guys
get it out I’m going to give you guys 10 pushups right. Go.
You keep it right in always guys coming behind you trying to strip it
coming from this way so now here. It’s easier for you to give it. So on the
other plays you always want to keep it close with no air in it so keep your
hand inside. Grip the front of that ball as hard as you can. Flex that
muscle, flex that gun ride there. Let’s see what you got.
