How to Publish PowerPoint Web Presentation
Publishing Web presentations, a PowerPoint web presentation contains textual and graphical information that can be converted into a web presentation such as an HTML document and graphic files.
The webpage and graphic files can be then copied to a web server and access as a regular webpage. To save your presentation as a webpage go to the Office button, select Save As and choose other formats. The Save As dialog box appears. In the Save As pull down menu select Webpage and type your filename in the filename box. When you were done click the Publish button. The Publish as webpage dialog box appears.
To publish your full presentation in the Publish What section, select the complete presentation option. To format your web presentation outline frame, click the web options. The Web Options dialog box appears, select the General tab. Make your choice from the colors pull down list to format the types of colors to include in your frames.
When you are done, click the OK button, select the desired compatibility settings under the browser support section, click Browse from the Publisher copy ask section. The Publish As dialog box appears. In the Filename text box type a name for your presentation, navigate to the location where you want to save your presentation and click the OK button.
You are now back to the Publish As Webpage dialog box. After saving the file to make sure the presentation appears in a web browser, select Open Publish webpage in browser and then click on the Publish button. Your presentation is now saved as a webpage.
Now the browser is open with the presentation.
