You can use baths if you desire and want to do it yourself or you can call a professional. You would be surprised how inexpensive it can be to add several inches or maybe even a foot of insulation into your attic.
Finally, look around your windows and doors. You will be surprised how much energy is wasted when air infiltrates along a door or window seams. Take your hand, rub it along the door and see if you can feel air coming in cold air. If you do, open the door or window, inspect the weather scraping, if it is worn or damaged and needs to be replaced, do it as soon as possible.
