A lot of people suffer from sinus congestion whether because they have headaches or they have a cold. So acupressure is a great way to address some sinus congestion. There are some points right on the front of the face, under the cheek.
The way you find it is you take your two fingers, middle finger and index finger, take your middle finger and put it right next to your nostril, then your index finger right next to it and you press up with your index finger under your cheek bone.
There is a little indentation there; you want to press right up into it. You should feel it. If you do not, move your finger around a little bit. Do not press too hard if it hurts, but if it feels okay, then you can press, you will know.
Now, the way you know that you have got it, is that you should feel some immediate relief and you can hold it for about 15 seconds or even up to a minute or so. And you should get some relief either immediately, or after a few days.
