And the reason is it will allow your body or your emotional side if you are energy inside to catch it with your mind which will ultimately allow you to come down together. So you do not have this in-balance.
The other thing it does is working out when you are exerting strength and I do not mean just going to the motions. I talk about physical strength, you secrete human growth hormone. And when you do that it helps sure clean out your brain and makes things work better and it will help you feel better. In fact it will help you sleep better so I encourage you to do it. Do it today!
