You can remove dark circles under the eyes and wrinkles and in a very similar way that you can remove acne from photos by using the healing brush tool. So before you begin, make that you’re zoomed up on your photo, so you can see the wrinkles and the eye circles and you could do that by using the zoom tool on the toolbox. When you get close enough that you have a good look at everything, then go and use the healing brush tool from your toolbox and you could change the brush tool to whatever you’re comfortable working with and let’s go ahead and do that 15. And then for mode, instead of normal which is what I like to use to fix acne, I like to use the lighting and this really helps with the dark eye circle.
So I’m going to go close to one of the circles and I’m going to select to the shade of skin that I want to use to cover up the dark circle. I’m going to hold down the alt key on my keyboard and I’m going to click to pick up that shade and then I’m just going to go over that eye circle with my mouse. And you could do a little bit at a time or you could do a lot at a time and then of course you can go back and you could do any blending that you need. And if you find you need to pick up another color, then just do the alt again to pick up that color and then go back and make your corrections. Okay, same thing with the other eye. Make sure that you pick up a different shade again from this eye because often shading on each side of the face its going to be a little bit different and go back over it. And it might take a few minutes to get exactly right but as you can see that’s a big improvement.
Now if you have some wrinkles and we don’t have too many wrinkles here but if you have some wrinkles, you can go ahead and you could do the same thing. Leave on the lighten mode because often wrinkles that crease is going to cause is going to show up as a shadow. So you can use the lighting tool and that’s going to help get rid of that, your lightning on your healing brush and you could keep going till you get that exactly how you want. That looks pretty good to me.
So that’s how you can remove dark circles under the eyes and wrinkles using the healing brush tool in Photoshop.
