If you use Microsoft Outlook a lot or you live in Outlook like I do, sooner or later, you are going to run into duplicates. Duplicate contacts, duplicates in your calendar, there is duplicates in tasks and there is a lot. The question is how do you find and eliminate duplicates?
It is not really a functionality building to Outlook, I am telling you that now. But I am looked around, looked around and listen, I found this great free tool and it is called the Outlook Duplicate Items Remover and it is absolutely free, works as advertised, it finds a duplicates, while in deleting them, it puts it into his own little folder in case you, if the program might made a mistake and you did it, I am not sure if this web accompanies browse but it is spelled VAITA. So vaita or vaita and is www.vaita.com and the program is called the Outlook Duplicate Items Remover Version 1.4 dot 2.
Works beautifully, absolutely free, go grab your self a copy. This is a cool thing, a lot of us do use Outlook for our email so very, very cool, free application to get a hold off.
