Air is crucial that I would be cleaned when we are breathing it, because any pollutants in the air are going to adverse the effect. In fact, one of the contributing factors to Asthma is pollution in our air.
How can we clean up our air? Well, the best way of cleaning is with a high quality and ultraviolet filter. Now an air filter should be something like this, this air filter system here has a capacity to purify about 25,000 cubic feet of air. That would be around of an average apartment, six times an hour.
If you do have a carpet, you can get out that, and you are going to have live with it, then make sure you get a good vacuum cleaner, under any circumstances, you want a good vacuum cleaner. It has to be a complete half a filter that means it is able to filter down to like 0.3 microns. That gets rids of almost everything that is toxic in the air.
Dust mites, and molds, but most people do not know how to vacuum. I am watching you keep the vacuum like this, real fast. All right, not good, why? Because the whole purpose of the vacuum, if you look down in here, it has rotating brushes to beat the carpet.
The purpose of beating the carpet with that rotating brush and then sweeping it is to get the debris into the suction into the bag, and the bag should be really a good that has now to come back out the air. If you go slow and you vacuum is slow, as you are going, it is beating and sucking the same air. Otherwise, if you go fast, you are beating here and then you pull it back here where has no chance to suck because it takes about a half a second from the time that carpet is beaten to get the material to come up in the air. Now, you are over here but now all that you just beat is up in the air.
So, it is really not cleaning, vacuum, slowly. Do it as a stretching exercise, do it to stretch your muscles as a meditation, all right? And make sure you get a good half of HEPA vacuum cleaner. That takes care of our carpets and our room air. We do not want any of these toxins in our air anymore.
Second hand smoke, it all gets done, next is our water. 72 to 74% of your body is water. And, what do we want to do about that? We want to make sure it is clean. Now, most community water is not clean, they try to put Fluoride and Chlorine in, but that can only kill certain amount. Get yourself a high quality filter, now this is a high quality filter.
Now, what makes the high quality filter, and one of the most unique filters, this. This is the new level of water filtration. Now, here is how it ideally should work and this is what I am hoping you are all going to get. This is a triple extruded carbon filter here. Water goes through there. They are silver back then, silvers and natural bacteria killer. It kills every know bacteria. So, this is your first stage of protection.
Secondly, it is a double loop Ultraviolet, now Ultraviolet kills all the bacteria and viruses. So, when this goes through here, it is double kill. Something like this is going to run you anywhere between in $150.00 to $250.00, but at least you and your family will have clean water. This is a filter, what does it do? Traps 100% of Chlorine gas, better you have that gas trap and not breathe it in, in a nice comfortable warm relaxing hot but deadly, could be contributing to cancer.
Now, that takes care of the big items, so therefore our water is clean, our air is clean, our carpets, floors are clean, always leave your shoes outside. If someone says, well, you know they wipe their feet once or twice like that, see, my shoes are clean, all right, then lick them at the bottom your heel or so. Not willing to lick your shoe? Well then, is it not clean?
Everything is bloods, sputum, dog and animal feces, bacteria, parasites, everything that is just beyond belief is on the street, is on your shoe. You bring it inside and then it dries. It dries and it goes up into the air, and your babies, your family, everybody then tracks in, breaths it in, touches it, it is all over the place.
